The calendar included with your iPhone is very easy to use and will sync automatically with Outlook or several other programs.

If you have an event scheduled for a particular day, there will be a small dot under the date. If you click on that date, you will see the details for that event. When first pickup your phone at the beginning of the day, you will see a list of events scheduled for that day.

You can also quickly download the games schedule for your favorite sports team so you can be alerted to or check that schedule any time you like. You should be aware that this process is not automatic and involves saving the downloaded file, then importing the data after you map a few fields so they will display properly on your iPhone calendar.
